Shipping Policy for MY Supplements

Processing Time

We process and prepare all orders for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day. Please note that during promotional periods or peak seasons, processing may occasionally extend up to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We partner with reliable carriers, including USPS and UPS, to deliver your orders. The following options are typically available at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days for delivery.

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days for delivery.

Delivery timelines begin once the order has been shipped and are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees.

  • Standard Shipping: $4

  • Express Shipping: $10

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Every order includes a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email as soon as your package is on its way. We can ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate on the carrier’s website after you receive the notification. If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping Restrictions & Important Information

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer. Re-shipping a lost package due to an incorrect address may incur additional fees.

  • Undeliverable Packages: Packages returned to us by the carrier as “undeliverable,” “unclaimed,” or due to an incorrect address will be eligible for a refund of the product cost, minus the original and return shipping charges.

  • Carrier Delays: We are not liable for delays in transit once a package has been handed to the carrier, including delays due to weather, natural events, customs inspections, or logistical disruptions.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • "Delivered" But Not Received: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office. If the package remains missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can initiate a carrier investigation.

  • Damaged Shipment: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the outer box and the damaged product(s) and contact our team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Holiday Shipping & Delays

Shipping carriers do not operate on major holidays, which can cause delays. Extended processing and transit delays should be expected around holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s. We will announce specific holiday shipping deadlines on our website and in our newsletter.

Subscription Orders

Orders placed through our subscription service are processed and shipped on your regular billing date. Subscription orders follow the same shipping timelines and policies as one-time purchases. You can manage your subscription, including updating your shipping address for future orders, through your online portal.
