3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or unwanted products, we will gladly replace any product that is damaged during shipping or if you received the incorrect item due to an error on our part.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number.

  • Provide photographic evidence of the damaged product or the incorrect item you received.

Upon verification, we will ship the correct or replacement product to you at no additional cost.

4. What Constitutes "Damaged"?

"Damaged" refers to products that have been physically compromised in transit (e.g., broken bottle, crushed packaging, leaking product). It does not include bottles that have been opened, partially used, or products that you are simply dissatisfied with.
